Fan problem

Hey all, so I did make a previous post about this laptop. I have an HP Pavilion laptop model 16-a0032dx & while I did clean the residue from it as much as I could, apparently one of the fans is not operating anymore. Now I did use a can of condensed air on both fans, so I know it's not exactly the can at fault here because one of the fans is still working. My question is are there any tips/tricks that I can use to possibly test to see if I can get this fan to work or should I just go about replacing the fan in general? I did check the connectors and they are properly attached as I've never once touched them.

iFixit has lots of laptop fans - other common parts sites often have replacement laptop fans. Most screw on. If they have a heatsink, it's the same as re-applying thermal paste on a desktop fan. Overall, as long as you can access the fan and see it when you pop the cover off, it's likely it can be replaced decently easily.

So good news and bad news. Good news is that its really easy to replace the fan. Bad news is almost no one seems to sell the fans at all, not even iFixit. There's only 1 US seller, so I'll give them a try first. Otherwise I have no choice but to order from a company based in China as other people have had similar issues as well.

iFixit is the best. All of the tools I needed to fix almost any electronic device comes from them. 10/10 company imo.
