Round start not giving roles

Detailed description of the bug
It will start a round and when it’s supposed to give roles it sometimes won’t. Does not happen often. I have seen it twice in the past week. Cannot rtv out of it have to wait the remaining time for the map 10+ mins. Hopefully an easy fix.

Do you have a clip of this occurring? It would be beneficial in narrowing down the cause.

Tried for a long time, never could pinpoint the issue. Doesn't seem to be a plugin think afaik
