Delivered Cleanup Pinned Threads under Counter-Strike

Hi all, I've been browsing the CS forums recently, and noticed a lot of pinned threads under the CS category. I was hoping it would be practical to minimize the amount of pinned threads, as I don't think that all of them are necessary, or at the very least could be combined.

Having 11 pinned threads makes it inconvenient and a bit of an eyesore every time you browse the subforum. I'm thinking we could:

• Shove the server rules and server rankings into the information center.
• Move the "Apply for" threads into one thread that has links to each appropriate application
• Move the "Qualify for an achievement" into CL, as Leadership is responsible for giving out awards.

This would clean up the pinned threads into a much less overwhelming wall of Importants and Announcements

You could even format the title in a way that people still know what's open at a glance. Something like
Apply for Speciality Team: AT [️] EC []
...etc or something similar
