FiveM More autonomous options for casual players

Good evening folks,

Just wanted to write this post regarding buying a car on the server, for me I think it would be beneficial to have an option to buy vapid cars like there was previously without player intervention.

I know right now we are only in early days but for those of us who only get certain windows to play it makes it harder when you cant even buy a car. After speaking with others it's a pain point for a few players. I know from my own experience I need to steal a car to go do my legal job with my legal drivers license which is redundant and if I get pulled over I'm spending time that I could be grinding away at my job on the server, possibly in jail. I think this would improve player retention and definitely increase my own play time.

These are legal non law breaking options (can afford a faggio + a phone when you fly in) and when you return them you get 50% of your money back.

Rentals aside in terms of cars and car pricing vapids are still very much a thing and the dealer usually nets roughly 1-3k on them which you need to remember does take time for them to import which in some cases they could actually be making more money half hourly instead of that. So it has to be fair for them too. This reset something like PDM didn't get any cash infusion anything and everything in stock is with their own money/profits so you cant really expect it to be 100% stocks for when they aren't around because that would be a tad bit of a unfair expectation in the first literal week of the server.

In rebuttal, when my original post was created you could not purchase any vehicle even by request(I tried) but no one was there to fulfill the request even though it took my money for the request.

To respond regarding the rentals, that's a great system if it's advertised properly, but I and I'm sure no one else who just joined the server knows it exists. My suggestion was not regarding stock, importing or any player based dealership losing business. It is simply about having an option for players to buy stock cars outside of player ran dealerships to make sure everyone has a fair play session no matter what time they can play. We previously had this on our server and it worked great. I posted this in the suggestion forum because that's what it is, not a reported problem but a suggestion.

And the rentals I mean it was a changelog and has an icon on the map just like a dealer would I dont know how else it should be advertised. But having a choice outside of dealers to get those stock cars does make them lose business because they sell those same cars. Now that the dealer is running up and well if you make a request it wouldn't be an issue as far as I know. The thing you are suggesting would be throwing money into a void which we want to avoid throwing money into a void or taking it from a void as much as possible so that the economy circulates around and grows collectively.

Also if you requested money and lost it a ticket couldve been made as I had to do a couple reimbursements because of that

A Perfect spot to "advertise" the rental dealer would be the joining "tips page" something along the lines of "Did you know there is a rental location in front of the Vespucci bank in Vinewood? go there for your rentals." something along those lines

Honestly id love to see a return to the money void that is the basic bitch car dealership that has garbo cars, but thats just me.
