Hey everyone - I’ve been into Dungoens and Dragons for a few years now and always loved the story buildiaspect of it. But one thing I always thought would be interesting is interactions between multiple parties.

So I figured I’ve got some time, why not create the idea, and that’s kinda what I did. It’s in a very rough stage right now, but the basic idea is it is a large tower built for adventurers, and the way it’ll work is there would be multiple different parties, and one session per party per week (at most), the sessions will run simultaneously in the game world, but obviously can’t do that in real life, so it’ll just be time based. There’s the chance to face off against other players, switch parties, loot and kill monsters and there will also be some hiden stories regarding the creating of the tower and how it works and everything.

Like I said, it’s a very rough concept, and I have put a very minimal thought into the actual story aspect of it, but idk, I think it could be a cool concept. Obviously it could cause some issues with it being simultaneously in game but y’a know, I think it could work out.

What are your thoughts on something like this? Would you be interested in joining if you could? Do you have any suggestions to improve the idea?
Let me know what your thoughts are!

I'd absolutely love to play DnD. My problem has always been getting people to be there consistently.

I love the idea

Yeah - there’s always the issue of this, which is why I’m pretty much hoping to allow players to play at most once a week, but the world would still progress even if they don’t play. Additionally what I’m hoping to do is just have certain time slots, where players can take to play then, and it won’t necessarily be necessary to play without your party, but if you do you do lose that extra player so it’s a trade off. Risk falling behind other groups or move on and risk being in a 3v4 or fighting with out your full group

This would be great. Sad that the Time difference makes it impossible for me to play ;/. Anyways sounds like a great idea!

Been a DM for over 5 years at this point, albeit very homebrewed rules and the like - if you need a helping hand, let me know - I can show you a glimpse of what I have set up (Discord: Fire Frenzy#5179)

Honestly I kinda forgot about this - but with school I’m up fairly early, meaning there’s a good chance I could run a few early morning for other time zones

I have never played DND but always loved to try it. Let me know if anything happens ^^
