Duplicate Jailbreak - !rebel loadouts

!rebel might have more variety if Ts could choose between different loadouts. These loadouts could change which gun you use, how much health you get, and even your movement speed. I love the idea of every CT fighting a final boss rebeller.

Here are a few ideas:

DRIVE BY - MAC10/P90, Healthshots, Boost Speed and HP

MARKSMAN - AWP, Tactical Shield, Healthshots, Slow Speed, Boost HP

NO RUSSIAN - NEGEV/AK, Tactical Shield, Healthshots, Regular Speed, Boost HP

There was a simliar post here that had to do with changing LR plugins, pretty sure it was never added because rewriting the LR code was too complicated and long.
