Nomination wording no longer correct

Detailed description of the bug
I know it's small but I also know im not the only one that it slightly bothers.

Used to say in chat when you nominate a map "Baefy has nominated jb_peanut_ego"
And when you changed your nomination it would say exactly that "Baefy has changed their nomination to jb_peanut_ego"

Now even without first nominating a map it says that you have changed your nomination.
