Not Planned ASCII Hex Color Chat for DS

allow DS members to alter their chat with hexcode?
since colored chat is advertised as part of the dedicated supporter package, it would be cool to have full control of chat color customization.

Unfortunately, this is simply impossible to do. CS:GO only supports a few preset colours, most of which are already implemented (those that aren't, aren't for a reason). Marking as Not Planned
