KZ server fixes

Detailed description of the bug
The mappool.cfg needs to be updated (csgo/cfg/sourcemod/gokz/gokz-localranks-mappool.cfg) with the current maplist and the run the !updatemappool command so that !top works and tracks everybody's records server-wise.

also a couple jumps need to be deleted, I don't have access to sm_deletejump unfortunately.

The mappool.cfg has been updated and the update command has been ran, and the aforementioned records have been deleted.
