2nd time i noticed this, haven't confirmed if this on every map change

exactly what agent smith said, basically plugins don't load bots are jumping around shooting everyone, infinite warmup, changing off map fixed issue both times. haven't nominated the map to confirm but like i said i saw it 2 times on that map.

Should be fixed now. I can load in fine and play.
