Last Request Problem

Detailed description of the bug
I found this problem that is involved with Last Request. If you type !LR with a CT before the round ends and you don't choose an LR game. You can still use LR even after the round ends and a new round starts. Example: Gun Tossing a CT after the round ends and spawning with a Deagle in Cells.
