24x7 dust2 server mods/plugins

I have a question regarding the de_dust2 24x7 server.
There is a damage information box displayed after you die. I am curious what plugin or mod this is, as I'd like to install it to my private server.

I've looked on the forums, asked in game on the server, and searched the web, but I cant seem to figure out what it is or what it's called.

Any admins able to point me in a direction?

You can run "sm plugins list" when on a server and it'll show active plugins as well.

It's kinda hard to wade through all the BS for such an old game.

I'll try the "sm plugins list" command as well next time I'm on just to see what's listed
