Discord Server fill up "seeding"

I saw a system for filling up a certian SCP:SL server in discord and thought it could be used on not only CS2 Jailbreak but potentionally every other eGO server aswell.
Simply put we make it so everyone can ping server fill roles. Not just ECs.
To prevent missuse, the SCP server i mentioned added a bot that would automatically ping everyone for a server fill when you type a keyword in the channel. "Only one seeding ping is allowed to be sent every 6 hours (whilst the server has a population of 5+)"

Full explaination from the discord for those interested below, I considered censoring the discord servers name but as eGO doesnt have a SCP:SL server i see no problem with giving them the credit they deserve.

What is seeding?​

Whenever you want the SL server to fill up, you can ping the seeding role to notify all who are interested. This helps the SCP:SL server grow and will notify people who want to play that the server is active. If you want to be notified any time someone is seeding, get the seeding role in ⁠reaction-roles

How do I seed?​

Send a message in this channel containing the word "seedEU" (for the EU server - Kadava's Kingdom) or "seedNA" (for the NA server - Kadava's Calamity) and a bot will automatically ping the seeding role for you. You must be level 15+ to send a seeding request to mitigate spam pings.

When should I seed?​

Only one seeding ping is allowed to be sent every 6 hours (whilst the server has a population of 5+). Because of Discord's limitations we cannot stop multiple users from posting within the same timeframe but if you abuse this and send out a ping breaking this time frame with no intention or playing or whilst the server is already at 0 players, your ability to seed will be permanently removed without warning.You as the instigator for the ping must also have full intention to play and remain on the server, please do not ping when you aren't online...

These have been a thing in eGO forever. We just refer to them as Server Fills. Same concept, different name. A lot of us in the old CSS days (before CSGO even existed) used to just sit idle in spectate to help boost the server in the browser as most people would sort by player count. I know Ric remembers this.

Server Fills usually happen randomly, except now it looks like they have dedicated times on Sundays at 7pm Eastern for Jailbreak.

Only Event Coordinators+ can ping the respective roles for server fills,i want everyone to be able to do this to a certian extent,thats the point of my suggestion
