TTT - red text when MAUL verifying

Detailed description of the bug
Change MAUL verify color to a color that isn't red. Its important that this color is exclusively reserved for traitors in the text chat to avoid accidental rdms.

*I also recommend that blue is not used, although that doesn't have the same potential for issues as red./
