bad wiring in razor copperhead

I have a razor copperhead mouse

and i love it but the wiring is screwed up and i think i could fix it if i knew a way insisde but i cant find a way to open it if anything we will get a new mouse but this one was like $80 and broke in month, we don't have a warranty because we got if of some website.

Under the three gray pad things there are screws. pull up the pads, unscrew, and you're in.

If not go to razor and talk to someone there. im almost positive they will RMA it no matter where you bought it from. tech companys are very nice like that these days.

ok i got in thanks for that now we just have to figure out what to do with the wiring because i think the wire got snapped in half and screwed

if the company will not rma it. there might be a technical drawing of it in the download section of their site or you could ask support if they could email you one .

resolder the wire,

If this doesnt work, replace the wire, those types are easy to find and then just solder in the new wire.

For soldering, I would try a Cold Heat such as the one here, I say Cold Heat because you dont want any flames melting any vital components to your motherboard.

And my grey pad idea was right? am i correct?

yes the grey pad idea is right, i think we are just gonna buy a new wire to use but i cant find one that can work. can any one leave a site address that might have one?

i dont know where but look for wires that have the plastic protection coat. You could just take like a 2 or 3 dollar mini radio and rip its wires out =D its that exact same type lol.
