I use Zone Alarm Security Suite. IT has anti virus, anti spy ware and the best part is that my buddy gave me a developers key so i dont pay for it and its good for umm let me check...51,851 days haha i think that'l do

AVG and Avast are nice and free, but Kaperski and ZoneLabs seem to have a good product that is less harsh on the OS.

Norton and McAffee are bloated.

If you can get your hands on an updated copy of f-prot or Sophos I would highly recommend them.
