TF2
Requirements:
Paint.NET http://www.getpaint.net/download.html
The photo or picture you want to use.
VTF Edit http://nemesis.thewavelength.net/index.php?p=41
Steps:
1. Find the picture or photo you'd like to use
2. Save it to your computer
3. Open up Paint.NET
4. On Paint.NET go to File then open
5. Select your picture
6. Add text or anything else you'd like to
7. To resize go to the image tab and click resize
8. Make sure the quality is 100% and the "Maintain Aspect Ratio" box is unchecked
9. Save the picture in "My pictures"
Once your image is 128X128 pixels or 256X256 pixels you have to make your picture into a VTF Folder or TF2 won't accept it
10. Open VTF edit
11. Find your picture (The default path is "Your disk drive">Documents and settings>"Your username">My Documents>My Pictures> Your picture
12. Once you find you picture double click it
13. A screen will come up just press "Ok"
14. The folder should now be a VTF folder so save it somewhere (You can save anywhere you want but the when TF2 starts it automatically goes to Program Files>Steam>steamapps>"Your Steam ID">Team Fortress 2> tf> materials> VGUI> Logos
15. Start Team Fortress 2
16. Go to options
17. Click the multiplayer tab
18. Find your picture
19. Click import spray
20. Click Apply
Now your spray should be up and working!
