You have to love Bubba, to make a Spark post like this that ignites all your thoughts. This is a forum, for people to come to and voice their opinions. Isn't it wonderful that a guy like me, can get you ALL motivated to actually write something meaningful? Instead of the mindless posts to direct our attentions to some horrifying You Tube video of some kids getting smashed under the wheels of some truck? Don't you love, that I can take a simple subject and get you all agreeing or disagreeing?
As for whether I'll stay in this clan, because I can swear or not, really doesn't mean much to me. I'll cuss and enjoy every minute of it, you just won't hear me or see it. End of story.

Personally I've heard this argument too many times and its always a waste of time.
lol the M rating... Its a guideline, not a license to swear.
Common sense would tell most how to conduct themselves playing a game on someone elses server.

As far as I see it, eGO is a refreshing sanctuary, free from the amazing amounts of disrespectful, nasty, immature and annoying behaviour that dominates the great Internets.. So, as others have also suggested, I guess there should be ample opportunities for you to cuss you heart out elsewhere...? I mean; if it's that vital...

At first I wasn't going to say anything, but the rule about cussing is extremely simple. Its just asking to show some self control. And even if DoD is a war game its not war, your sitting in your chair, your not running through buildings having a hand to hand combat. Its a computer game. So what if its a war game doesn't mean you need to cuss to enjoy it.

First off, Put your hostilities aside, I never said DOD was WAR. I said it depicts war. I'm a Gulf War Veteran, no I've not been to Vietnam, nor was I even born during the Baby boom. I do know the difference between a video game and the real life world. I made the post to see what you all think, many of you have voiced your opinions and that's great. I hope to inspire EVERYONE to voice their opinions, because I hate to see how FORUMS die off from the mundane. If someone has a suggestion for a topic, they may be to embarrassed or afraid to type about, PM me, I do enjoy a good challenge.
