Help finding a TF2 Spray

Hey guys,

I think that i saw the spray on your 24/7 2-fort server and i'm hoping it was by a regular. The spray is an engi licking a spy with a mask on saying "This taste's like a spy!" I've searched through the results of 3 pages of google and i still cant find it.
