crazy console

someone i know is having this stuff pop up in console when he starts dod and im trying to get some answers for him on whats wrong. hers what comes up in console:

does he have sv_downloads set to 1? It looks like he doesnt have the file for a countdown thats run by meta mod. That may be an issue
