Cant find update drivers for my laptop

On nvidas page, they do not have my graphics card listed for drivers. I have the 8600M GT, but they start at 8700M


Anyone know where I can get a new set of drivers? A new one came out last night and I need to update it

It appears you've got a laptop, yes? If that's the case, you most likely will not find any updated drivers for your video card on nVidia's website. They don't really like people mucking around with their mobile drivers. In order to get the latest drivers for your card, head to your laptop manufacturer's website (dell, acer, HP, etc.) and download the latest drivers from THEM. If the drivers just came out, then expect to wait a couple of weeks for the vendors to get the downloads up and running. There are a few ways to tweak the INF files and force some drivers to work, but my suggestion is to just wait for your vendor to put up the latest drivers.

Yep i agree just go to your manufacturer website or you could go to guru3d.com and look for omega/ forceware drivers that are modified, they give great fps and sometimes add many more options for tweaking your card.

as one who owns the same model as who BHS, ive looked and they dont exist, just the ones it came with

yeah i have dell xps laptop and its got a pretty crappy card(7400 go), but far crappier drivers because dell is the only place that has drivers and they are always outdated.
