mic problems

Hey i got an Icemat Audio - Siberia mic and it is a mic where u put it on like youre shirt. but anyway when i talk on ventrilo everyone can hear me load and clear but when i speak ingame the bairly cant hear me and my settings is on the highest in option voice. but the can hear me good if i take my mic closer to my moth wich i dont need to do in vent. but it would be a hard time keeping to hold my mic in the hand all the time and play at the same time.

anyone that know what i should do or anyone that know somwon that is good on this?
