He came out of spawn, o'er the rubble wall
He was headed for field, when he heard the call
"We're losing tank", he could picture the scene
Came a burst of shrapnel, and a distant scream
From the sniper house, came suppressive fire
There was smoke in his eyes, as he rushed and tired
There was a thompson waiting, from connector side
Didn't know if he'd make it. But they'd know he tried!
That BAR felt good in his hands
Didn't take long to understand
Just a BAR, slung way down low
Was a one way ticket, only one way to go
So he started rockin'
Ain't never gonna stop
Gotta keep on rockin'
Someday he's gonna make it to the top
And be The Raiders Hero, got 'nades on his belt
