Why the option!?

Okay, this happens in TF2 and DoD. When you get killed, why the hell do you want to take a picture of the person who just knifed/gunned you down?
I mean, what is the point? Theres no need to take a pic of the guy who just humilated your killing streak >.> Thoughts on this?
