Steam - Connection Error

I can't connect to Steam today. Everything was fine yesterday. Don't know what's the problem, here's the pic:

I'm running Windows Vista Home Premium x64.

Hmmm...not having any other problems with other programs that connect to the internet?

I would give it a little time and try again. Steam just came out with an update, so try completely closing out of the program, then bringing it back up. If that doesn't work, you may need to reinstall Steam. I know it's a pain, but it's the easiest blanket answer I can give

I'd also suggest typing the exact error into google and seeing if anyone else has had the same problem and come up with a solution. Good luck!

Thanks, it worked! I uninstalled Steam, saved steamapps folder, installed Steam and I restored the apps folder and now works like a charm!
