Excuse me i was wondering what are trainers and where can i find them and i heard they cant be used with steam version of the game?

trainers edit game files (save file, run file, etc) to give you stupid things like invulnerability, unlimited ammo, more guns, etc. unless I'm thinking about something wrong
basically, don't use it unless you've beat it already and just want to see if you missed anything.
