How did you get the demo to stand up like that? I thought you wanted him saluting thats why i done mine different. Anyway the one i made was to dark thats why i had to put glow on it to make it lighter and i took the saluting out of the meet the demoman video but the image was to small so when i stretched it, it got all blury. 
Well atleast you got one and this also means you wont be coming to me for anything ever again.
