Whenever I get around to it. I've had the plan in the works for a long time now, can't find anyone interested to work on it with me though. Plus I gotta get around to learning how to use the face poser and stuff like that so I can make it look like they're actually talking.

I found that to be pleasantly mirth inspiring, yes.

Some bits looked to be GMOD, specifically with the scene of the Heavy looking around. It has the "locked feet and arms, turn head ragdall" feel to it.

But then there are scenes like the Demoman with his back to the bomb flailing his legs which look really well animated. Did they add a demoman animation and trigger it? Can you even do that? Maybe they used SoftImage Mod Tool? Don't know if that has animation capabilites.
