Special keys on laptop?

I was wondering if anyone knew how to do special keys such as ç and that weird d thing like the c. (i copied the spec character above) The ALT+1+3+5 thing doesnt work, nor does num lock
what do I do for a laptop?!!?!?!? !dodge

Those were on my laptop, just hit Fn + Alt + 3 numberpad keys. (The regular numbers won't work, you have to use the Fn Numberpad ones)

I see the Fn key, but what do u mean Fn numberpad keys? the letters jkluiom have numbers beside the letter (they r in order, 1234560)

my laptop has the Fn (function) keys too. Try going on the makers website and do a little research too.
