Jail Server Issue

Joining a jail server is fun, being a scary CT or a sneaky T has its advantages but when you have a member of a clan on CT with his buddy on T creates issue. I was in the jail yesterday and not to mention any names this issue took its toll. The issue of gun giving. As the rules states gun giving is considered a free kill if you throw a gun at a T to frame him but when a CT gives a gun to a T just so he can kill the rest of the CT's is not so fun. Every map has a select number of cells with weapons in them to prevent this. Maybe I am just being a baby and pouting for no reason, but I want your opinion.

PS. I don't mean for it to be a ban-able offense, just make it prohibited.

Well you see, sometimes the CTs get a little too dominate and hold a pretty tight rope on the T's. Sometimes this is discouraging to other Ts. Well i find it fun if one CT rebels for maybe a round or two and tries to even it out a little bit by giving a select T a gun or two. Now of course I'm not up for this all the time...but once in awhile to mix things up a bit I'm all for it.

Now a CT intentionally giving a T a gun just to shut him is terribly wrong and should (and is) considered freekilling, and I'm totally not down with that.

Yes and to correct myself I didn't mean for it to be a ban-able offense I meant for it to be prohibited. And Yes once in a while for a CT to rebel is fun but not every round where they go into armory and get m4's ak's and just give them to T's, not to kill them but give it to them so when a CT walks by they can kill them before cells even open.

If a terrorist has a weapon, i dont care how he got it, hes considered wanted.

CTs must give them a warning to drop their weapon or they will be shot.

Yes very true, I am holding myself from giving names but this constantly happens, Guy #1 will get weapon form amoury and give ALL his weapon to Guy #2 in cell and when I walk by (already knowing who has the weapons, because they do this every round) I kill him before cells open and he starts spamming FREEKILLER.

Gun giving to frame someone should be illegal, however imo I think cts should be able to give ts weapons

They, should only be allowed to give t's weapons, IF and ONLY if the rest of the team accepts, and if there is a an admin, its admins choice

Im not saying CTs cant give guns, There is bad cops in prison. If a terrorist HAS a weapon and spotted with it then he must drop it or he will be shot.

CTs can hold visual searches and look for weapons (pistols wont be seen) and so on.

Keep in mind if your giving weapons to terrorists, your effecting the team your on. Keep your team mates in mind as well.

As long as they aren't being framed, and are being told to drop it then I believe it should be fine.

Too much of a hassle and work, defeats the purpose of secretly giving the gun

I myself give T's guns a lot if Im on ct. It can lead to a lot more fun and interesting game. If T's win a lot, Ill stop though because then its not fun to be a ct. However, if Ct's win a lot, I use that as a sort of way to help balance the teams out.

Yes all excellent points however there are certain cells in each map with guns already in them (to make it more interesting).

If a CT wants to give a gun to a T, that's fine. But when I know who that T is and I shoot them before cells open and when they die there is an m4 laying on the ground they start calling me a free killer.

If a CT wants to give a gun to a T, that T should not have to be warned.

i think that the only time it should be a kickable or bannable offense is when the ct throws the gun to the t just to shoot him, its childish and no way makes you pwntastic.....but if he gives it to kill others thats his perogitive, the cts should have t's on lockdown anyway and shoot them on site if seeing this.

Being a rebel CT and giving a T a gun so he can go kill the other CT's is just a part of the game. Like mostly said, there ARE bad cops in prison.

Heres a quick easy way to handle this.
Round starts

if found in your cell with a weapon, you'll be shot on sight.

Run on over to said T who you know has this weapon.
*pop pop* 2 in the dome.
Thats it. You gave a fair pre-warning so your in the right.

The main point is, no matter what someone says, its the admins who have the final say as to wiether it was a freekill or not. And as long as you give a warning, your fine.
