I didn't see a thread for kalt strats yet so here we go.

Both Teams - Control sewers, if you control sewers, you win! It's that easy, well...maybe not.

Control the wheelhouse. Typically one team will get the wheel, somewhat controled, but not totally. If you get mg's and a bunch of rushers coming from out of there than it is much easier to move forward.

Axis - Keep an eye out for random rushers from the wheel and the 2nd sewer ladder. Most allied rushers will come out of that second sewer. Once you get one of em...dont reload yet, they come in packs!

If you control the bridge, get the allied first flag at the same time someone gets their second. You can tell if someone is doing this as you will see it on your map. If you control the allied second, getting the first is hard because typically every mg and sniper they have dont move out of spawn. But if you give them the feeling that they can still move up, the spawn will be open will no mg's and snipers. This can be quite tricky, but it is the way to win easily and quickly.

Allies - Same idea as the strategy above, but, it is a lot trickier to get the axis first flag because there is a lot more open space and more room to be seen, also there is a longer distance from the sewer to the flag than the first ladder to the allied first flag.

If you control the middle, but no one is around, and you know that more axis are coming pretty soon to cap middle, go under the bridge and hand out there. When you hear people coming, or you see the 2/2 people needed on the bridge, run out and get em from behind...i guess this goes for axis too...

I don't have enough time on Kalt to do it justice, but I thought I'd take a shot at a map.

Yeah, post a different thread with a map inthere and get it stickied. Nice job so far :)

EDIT:
I just thought, perhaps it might be tricky to get a map, since the sewers are right under the map itself. Perhaps you would want to mark that with a red line or something?

Oh, and one small thing I thought might come in handy: When MG in the sewers, you can set up on the curbs. That way you save time going prone and standing up when you get naded. It enables you to hold sewers much easier.

overall, kalt is a very simple map. the keys to winning are controlling the sewers and wheelhouse, in order to PREVENT FLANKING. Flanking is the main reason one team can never fight back past it's side of the map, no matter it's dominance above ground on the streets.

Tips for snipers:
none really. Be good :). People with experience on this map know everywhere to check, as there are not that many sniping alcoves to be in.
