Can Someone Setup a server?

Iv'e been setting up servers for a long time. But the one im setting up right now is really tricky. Im just trying to install Mani admin, I also tried metamod and sourcemod. Im installing them correctly, but i guess im not. So message me on steam and ill let you have admin if you set it up right!!

FIX: it was a error in a vdf file i got it!
