Epic melee kill thread

Haha nice. I have fallen victim to that axtinguisher more then once . i love how A-Team [GB] called bs lol.

The only thing I'm trying to figure out is why the dispenser kills says you killed it with the normal axe, while all the other kills say you used the Axtinguisher.

One of my favourite melee kills was on Black Mesa as a heavy. A medic heavy combo as well as a scout and a soldier were in the vents near our spawn and I managed to get behind them. With the KGB, I got a kill on the scout which then allowed me to proceed to crit kill the other three people. With the crit time I had gained from this, I dropped into Cap C and clear of enemies and get a capture. It was very awesome to say the least.

A couple of people here have already mentioned my favorite tactic for dealing with snipers. I usually fire a couple of rockets at them to distract them, rocket jump to them, pull out the shovel in the air, and try to melee them when I get to them.

My most epic? I was on 2fort and had a medic with me. We came in the front door and went right. I killed one guy, was working on the second guy and the medic popped the uber. I killed the second guy, switched to my shotgun, killed another guy in the courtyard with my shotty. I moved on to another guy, ran out of ammo, and switched to the shovel. In the end, we both died, but I managed to shovel 1 before the uber ran out and 2 more after the uber ran out. It was one of my more epic runs.

One time in 2fort, i was camping behind one of the entrances as a pyro, so i decided to taunt, and as my guy was about to finish, an enemy pyro came in and got wrecked by my taunting

I don't really have any epic moments like most, but double jumping in circles around a heavy while you bat him to death is always fun and usually gets the angry mad and they come after you as a scout the next time :X

Wow epic. Only one i can recall is on blackmesa. As usual i was camping The sniper deck out by A and as usual the scouts came at me like moths to a flame. I crit both scouts that came at me with machete and i saw a spy hiding behind teh box waiting for me and i proceeded to chop him down as well.

Ye, blackmessa is so much fun for 'Epic Moments'
