Question, are there teams like 3D and Complexity playing CSS? all of those tournaments and teams were playing CS.

that's one thing you don't see is a clan, such as =(eGO)= that has css and dods and TF2 servers also have a CS server. or if there are some i haven't seen them

Old Man, to answer your question..I know for a fact that Team 3D switched over to source a couple years ago, but I don't know about complexity. However, CGS shutdown, which has slowed the progress of franchises like 3D and complexity in the source world. I found an article on http://sourceradio.com about the future of Source, it's titled sv_restart 2009: http://www.sourceradio.com/modules.php?name=News&file=article&sid=297. I think this article displays an accurate representation of where we stand as a Source community.

Who knows, maybe one day, EdgeGamers? Organization will be the front runner of major tournaments, or even hosting them! With our sponsorships growing, the ability to attract bigger sponsors becomes easier, it is only a matter of time.

I could see getting burned out. It's not like they are pubbing, I doubt they ever do that. Spending 8-10 hrs a day preping for a tourney just scrimming and practicing strats doesn't sound like a lot of fun to me. In our OFPR clan there 6-8 players that are way way better than I am, but most of them rarely pub anymore. They just scrim and play matches in CAL and TWL. I'm just not disiplined enough to play at a certain time sticking to strats. I just want to have fun and get my game on!!

Think I'll just sticking to having fun in pubs like yours.
