slow down videos?

alright, ive just recorded a video from youtube through hypercam, because i want to learn this guitar riff, but i cannot figure out how to slow it down. its really bugging me

If you have the file, there should be an option in WMP or Quicktime to slow it down to half speed or so, or you can put it into Movie Maker and slow it down in there.

lol i use that place, but its one of my buds home made riffs

i just watched the video slowed down on wmp, and it made the sound horrible, i was going to try to do it by hands slowly, but i cant quite see the frets. so then i was going to do it by notes, and wmp makes the sound horrible and i cant recognize the notes
