k i was thinkin about overclockin' my cpu a smidge. i have my vid card oced to about as far as it will go with no damage. i'm not sure how the ocing in my bios works tho. i'll edit this in a moment with what my bios has.

cpu clock ratio control
cpu host clock control
cpu voltage control
ddr2 voltage control

you don't want to mess with voltages you can easily fry your cpu stock it comes set to auto control it then all you rely need to do it increase the FSB a little and it will bring your cpu speed up but it will also bring your ram speed up so you might have to unlink your FSB if your ram cant handle it but wen you do that only increase your FSB by no more then 30 at a time.

if your running an Intel duel or quad core that's is not a quad core extreme chip and its on air cooling i wouldn't go over a 30% oc
