I lack the tools necessary to make one. 
I would like it to say "Meet LIZard" (The text font used in the tf2 "Meet the [insert class name]" videos) I would like the text to be at the top of the spray.
As for a picture I would like the Geico gecko on it. (here's a few you could possibly use http://blog.seattlepi.nwsource.com/thebigblog/library/geico_gecko.jpg, http://a2.vox.com/6a00c2251d129d8fdb00c2251ee03a549d-500pi or http://images.usatoday.com/money/_photos/2006/07/17/inside-geico.jpg) If you find a better one that better suits the spray then feel free to use it. I can try to put the pics in paint and cut him out of the background on those two pics that I posted.
And for background, if someone could use the same background that's at the beginning of the "Meet the [insert class name]" videos, that would be awesome. Its like a color background with a black parallelogram in it. The text can run over the gecko if there's a shortage of room.
I have a perfect example of what Im looking for if you need a reference. Just ask. If someone would pull this together for me I would forever be in your debt and would love you forever.
