spawn problems

im having some problems whith my spawn room can any one tell me what is going on:

What is the problem in the first pic?

In the second pic, I don't know about the weapon, but on the func_doors, you need to set render mode to "do not render" so as to get rid of the trigger texture.

the problem is that when you spawn you can not move at all and your wepon is on the floor. i have no idea why.
