Ventrilo issuses

Hey, lately i have been having vent trouble. ITs goes from 94 ping to 22000 in a second.

MY "bad ping" seems isolated in vent. All my games i get normal ping. I even did a speed test before i had the problem and after i had the problem, and the speed was normal. I tried reinstalling vent but it didn't work.

any help? maybe something i need to change?

try reinstalling vent in a different directory. also, check to make sure you're using the standard GSM codec and that your codec is working, I've had issues with winamp that involved my directsound codec not working properly. vent could be the same thing with GSM.
