Alright on my desktop every time i refresh, install a new program, or even restart my computer there is this folder that appear called "programs". Now i put it in my reclying ben each time and it just keeps on popping up each time i do the stuff above. Now i just deleted it so i can't get a screenie of what i mean but it is like a folder and it appears each time and it is just empty lol.

All i want is that the folder stop popping up. Any ideas on how to stop it from popping up or appearing?

I do not have a vista box infront of me so Im doing this from memory, hope it works.

It sounds like maybe you drug it from the start menu onto the desktop by accident. Right click on the file select properties. There should be a 'location' tab & a button that says 'restore to default' or something along those lines. That should pop it back to the start menu where it belongs. Restart & it should be gone.
