For those of you who don't know us:
Hoodie Productions is the film team from the CS:S division. We hope to expand overtime in the art of film production, adding new membership, and expanding our skills in editing. We encourage anyone with editing experience(or who would like to learn) in Sony Vegas, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, VirtualDub, or VideoMach to come join us!
We are currently working on a film for the CS:S division. It should be finished in about a month, and there is a chance it will be on the front page of EdgeGamers. We WILL look through every demo sent, no matter how long!
We need YOUR footage from in-game to put in the video!
Players who send in footage will not only have a good chance of being in the movie, but you will also get your name listed in the players credits!

We will be accepting demos throughout the next 30 days. However, the sooner you send it in, the better chance you have of being in the film.

1) Deadline date?
2) How long do demos last/can they be to be sent in. Can I send in my whole round and have you just edit in the nice shots? Or would I have to send in just demos of my good shots?
1) Lets say the end of May.
2) The Demos can be ten hours of footage if you want, we will watch ALL of it. Yes, send in everything...leave the editing to us.

Yes, to play the demo, you have to watch it in the CouterStrike:Source game. Just load CS:S, open console, and type "playdemo [demoname]" and it will start playing.

No, infact, it can be anywhere...however, we stress that it is a FRAG MOVIE...not a storyline....so no jail, or messing around.

No time limit, leave the editing to us.
also, are we restricted to recording demos on eGO servers...or can like...i play a deathmatch server and pull off wild stuff there and put it on film?
deathmatch is fine.

It is strictly frag demos only. No surfing, jail, or any other game type.
How to record your demo:
type "record [name of demo]" in console
then, when you are done type "stop" in console
This saves the demo as "[name of demo].dem" in your cstrike folder.
Send this file to [email protected] for your chance to be in the movie!
