The battery is probably the problem, try buying a new battery and new charger.
 
I thought you were sending it back for them to fix since they apparently had the wrong laptop when they couldn't reproduce your problem! :P We know they were confused cuz the laptop they sent back to you wasn't yours. :lol:

I don't think so. He said it used to run while plugged into the wall without a battery in. Since it no longer does that, we "know" that it's not the battery.
