Edit: I've determined that my computer is overheating severely.
Enjoy this picture.

Try downloading Driver Cleaner and running it in safe mode, deleting your display adapters drivers and install them again. Also, make sure that the rest of your computer is up to date, ie. chipset etc.
And about your motherboard, are you by any chance running a mobo that has a built-in gfx card in it as well?

Jeebus! My 8800GT clocked in at 219 degrees Fahrenheit with tf2 running..10 seconds later it is 199 degrees Fahrenheit

Both cores are at 103 degrees Fahrenheit

That is pretty hot, just a bit over the acceptable range. Have you played with the fan speed control in your drivers? You can manually crank the fan speed up. A good dusting would also probably help. Also giving your entire case a good dusting to insure that you are getting plenty of cold airflow into the case, as well as exhaust out. It also helps to give the card a bit of space by putting your other cards slightly farther away.

Hot damn Crash, wanna cook me dinner with your graphics card?

Yeah mine gets to about 80 if i have case door on, If i have it off it's mostly fine :)

You can try that too.

The fan speed is at 100% default on the card, unchangeable. I just got the case cleaned out last night.

Try opening up your case to increase the airflow? I do that on mine, seems to help.

What case are you running this in? How many and what size are the case fans?

What model of the 8800GT are you using?

Another thing to check is the directions of your fans. Make sure the front and side are intaking cool air and that the fan at the back is exhausting warm air. You could also try removing some of the extra expansion slot covers to try and get the warm air out faster.

According to that screenshot, your video card is quite hot, while your CPU and MB temps seem pretty mild. Case fan airflow might help you, but the rest of those temps make me think it's actually fairly cool in there.

I'd focus on the video card itself. Are you overclocking it? Does the videocard fan still work? Does it work but is extremely dusty? Does it still have good contact with the core?

After inspecting things, and using an air can to clean up, the next thing I'd try is taking the video card out, removing the fan and heatsink, cleaning that all up, putting some good thermal grease on, and re-seating the video card's fan and heatsink.
