What to do when no admin is on?

Well a few days ago i was playing on the EGO office server... We were having fun with i think ^^ 5 or 6 players
Then all of a sudden a guy named "|@#{[" joined starting to mic scream, and swear to everyone on the server
I warned him a few times to stop spamming at mic and stop the swearing because everyone found him very annoying...
After that i looked on the highschool server and on dust server but i din't found any eG or EGO member that was answerring... This isn't any critics of the lack of admins, i just want to ask what i have to do next time if a situation like this occurs again

join the eGO steam groups then msg a eG or eGO on that

i just couldn't find any admin playing on one of our servers...

If you have an eG or eGO as a friend on steam shoot them a message and get them to join the server and take care of the problem. If you don't have anyone on your friend list thats an eG or eGO message one from the EdgeGamers steam group.

- Steam Friends: Add as many eG and eGO friends as possible. Steam chat them when needed.

- Try Ventrilo: there is always someone on Vent that will help.

- IRC: join the IRC channel and ask for help.

- Shoutbox: Use that thingy over to the right if all other options fail.

Rinse, repeat as necessary...

I agree with this statement. If no one is on your friends or anything Ventrilo is always a good spot to check. Theres almost always people on
