In photoshop image ready cs. create a new image roughly 650 x 45.. this will give you plenty of room to move the layers around. Then open the screenshots of your kills in image ready.

1) Crop your screenshot down to the kill bar you want.
2) Copy the kill bar with the marquee tool.
3) Go to the bar that you are animating and add a new layer.
4) Paste the copied kill bar into the new layer.
5) Once you have all of the layers you need, animate by selecting the "create frames from layers" option.
6) Trash the blank Background layer.
7) You can select all layers at once in the animation window and setup the pause time for all of the slides.
Save optimized as a .gif
