I wanted a file hosting service and got Amazon S3. It is sweet. It took a little to get to use it, but after some searches i figured it out. Best thing is that it is cheap. I use a FireFox plugin to upload my data and share it, or i have a 2 dollars per month service, Jungle Disk which makes Amazon S3 like a network drive, to upload and backup data. It can take files up to 5 GB. Check it out if you need storage, a lot of companies are using it for serious sharing.
I played around with it yesterday and it cost me 4 cents so far.
