Update PC Help

My friend gave me a Dell Optiplex 760 and it has Intel Integrated Graphics. :facewall:
I was wondering if it is possible to upgrade to a 256MB ATI RADEON HD 3450 (Dual DVI/ VGA /1 TV-out). and if yes how?
OR a 256MB nVidia GeForce 9300 GE (Dual DVI/ VGA /1 TV-out)

It looks like it has an PCIe slot so you should be able to, but you may have to go into the bios to disable the on board graphics (it may do it on its own).

thx but i just found out that i dont have a PCI slot.
oo well, looks like ill stick to my laptop which has a good graphics card
