Skin Problem

OK I downloaded a leather glove skin from FPSBannana. Everything went into the DOD hands folder and looks right. However, when I go into the game its regular hands ??

What am I doing wrong ? I read all the prior posts and even got Milwaukees KAR and GARAND skin and those work great.

Make sure it went into the right place, sometimes when you extract folders they get misplaced. That's the best advice I can give you.
