Brushes

Hey guys i Downloaded Brushes, but i dont know how to install them
In Photoshop lol, can anyone help me please?

note: replace brushes completely unloads all current brushes and loads in the new ones, load keeps the current loaded ones + the new ones.

note2: you can also put the brushes here C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS3\Presets\Brushes and they will show up in the menu above.
