ins map debugging help

after conpiling and running my map i got this in console/where things were meant to be
can anyone tell me what i need to do im not sure what i did wrong.

oh and i couldnt spawn for some reason, hammer file available on request

Best help you can get is going to the actual Insurgency Forums website. There are allot of moders there.
